Big Walnut Services is owned and operated by Bill Downey. We cover most of Ohio with some exceptions.  I provide sales and service for most large format plotters, scanners, copiers, printers and reprographic systems. I spent 16 years with AM International which sold to Bruning which sold to OCE USA. I left OCE to pursue a long time dream, my hobby of working on cars. My wife and I started a BF Goodrich tire store in Sunbury. After leaving OCE I started getting calls from dealers and customers I use to service asking if I would repair their equipment. This has grown into a full-time business and I have had to close the auto repair shop. I now sell and service all makes of engineering copiers, plotters, scanners and blueprint machines.

My goal is to provide my customers with the best products and service available. I have several associates working with me to maintain "Quick Response" and the "Personal Attention" you the customer deserve.
